Conley Phifer has been working in the professional environmental consulting and services arena for the past 24 years.  A graduate of Purdue University (B.S. Environmental Health) and the University of Pittsburgh (M.S. Industrial Hygiene), his work experience includes an impressive resume involving essentially all facets of the federal and state environmental regulatory framework.  Such work experience includes incidents involving emergency response to hazardous material spills, environmental investigation of contaminated sites, UST removal and closure, soil and groundwater remediation, and environmental assessment in support of real estate transactions.

Serving municipal, industrial and real estate/development clients in the Michiana area since 2001, Conley’s dedication and commitment to excellence in client service and project management has resulted in a reputation for quality environmental consulting.   He takes pride in providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the site-specific environmental conditions, giving them the necessary information on which to base their decisions.  Phifer Environmental Services is dedicated to meeting the often time-dependent schedules through the application of proven scientific approaches, clear and concise communication and attention to detail (doing it right the first time).
